Ivar on Sax is a hip saxophonist who started improvising on dance music when he was 14. He plays a lot internationally and travels all over Europe during the summers. For example, he played in Ibiza, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Spain and even Las Vegas, among other places. In 2018 and 2019, he was the saxophonist of "The Toppers" in a sold-out Arena. In the past 15 years he has had the pleasure and energy to play at hundreds of parties.

Ivar is a saxophonist who is certainly not ordinary. He goes completely crazy and creates a unique energy explosion on the dance floor. Because of his diverse musical CV, Ivar can adapt perfectly to your wishes. It is possible to book Ivar on his own or with a DJ. He performs for over 15 years with his regular DJ and they are perfectly attuned to each other.
The given price is for a performance of 30 minutes and is an indication. If sound technique is required, this can be booked in addition.
You may know Ivar as a saxophonist at major festivals and famous clubs (The Harbour Club, Supper Club, Cafe in The City), or from the Toppers,

He has also appeared on many major stages as guest saxophonist of e.g. Right Said Fred, SNAP!, Replay, DJ La Fuente, DJ Billy the Kit, Peter Koelewijn and Wolter Kroes. He has also been a support act with isaxbonvineas for Douwe Bob, Handsome Poets, Blof, Miss Montreal, Direct and many other big names.
Ivar gained a lot of experience with his formation isaxbonvineas with which they played in clubs, festivals and other big parties at home and abroad. In the dance scene Ivar also has a lot of experience and is improvising on his saxophone every week in clubs and discotheques. He is one of the top saxophonists in Europe and his availability is limited due to high demand.

The performance was really fantastic! Ivar opened the party of our wedding and the roof went right off. The music is very nice and creates a very good atmosphere. He also builds up the tempo slowly and that's very nice! In the end Ivar was also playing incredibly cool on the dance floor which made for a full dance floor. He feels the music and the audience very well and we are very happy that Ivar made our party a great success!
